My stay at the hotel was pretty good. The room had a nice view and was comfortable, especially the mattress which was great for relaxing after a long-haul flight. However, it could get cold in winter, but you can request a portable heater. The hotel itself is large, well-equipped, with a nice view, but it does look a bit dated and well-used.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were excellent and affordable, clean, updated, and elegantly decorated with a balcony. The mattress was so comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long-haul flight. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, especially Ellen who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect, close to the mall and nestled in beautiful jungle surroundings. The dining experience was a bit disappointing, but the facilities were great overall.
The hotel is conveniently located near the MH mall, making going out much easier. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer beautiful views. The staff, especially Ellen, was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist us. However, the dining experience was average and not of high quality. The facilities are well-equipped and maintained. The value for money is reasonable.
